En el check in esperamos demasiado ya que son un poco lentos tienen mucho papeleo que ASER y poco personal al servicio al cliente 😟

The campus was clean

There wasn’t a lot to do after you go to the beach and the pool.

We liked the beach. The receptionist named Valentina was very friendly and helpful. The reception manager was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, our experience at this accommodation was extremely disappointing and stressful, especially as we were traveling with two young children. Upon arrival, we were first told that our reservation could not be found and were asked to contact Booking to resolve the issue. As foreigners, this meant making expensive international calls, which added unnecessary stress at the very beginning of our stay. We were initially placed in a room where we discovered cockroaches. This was especially upsetting for our daughter, who is very afraid of insects. We reported the issue and were told there were no other rooms available. Eventually, we were moved to another apartment, but this was not a solution at all. The new room was very dirty. The bedsheets were clearly not fresh, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was far below any acceptable standard. When we requested another room change, we were again told that no rooms were available. We then asked if someone could at least come and change the sheets, but were informed that no staff was available. I even offered to change the sheets myself if clean ones could be provided, but this request was also refused by the reception manager. Traveling with two children, this situation was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. Cockroaches, unclean sheets, and the complete lack of assistance from the staff made our stay unacceptable. Sadly, this is how we spent our last two nights in the Dominican Republic, unable to relax or enjoy the end of our trip.

El lugar es muy cómodo para ir con familia, con niños súper recomendado , cerca a la playa y con todo para cocinar e ir al gimnasio !

No me gustó que no nos dieran bien la información sobre el uso de las piscinas cerca a la playa y pasamos un momento incómodo con mis hijas con un personal que nos decía que no podíamos estar en esa piscina ! Muy desagradable

Gute Lage am schönenen Strand. Ein schöner Innenhof mit Palmen bei den "Beach 2"-Appartments, der meist ruhig ist, siehe unten.

30 min für Check-in und -out, jeder Kunde vor uns hatte ein Problem mit einer angeblich stornierten Buchung über Booking, und das an Silvester. Lächerlich schlechter Prozess, aus der hauseigenen App wird man nach dem vorher gemachten Self-Checkin zum Dank rausgeworfen, ist sowieso weitgehend sinnlos außer zum Pizza bestellen. Vorsicht bei der "Kaution" für Strom (50 USD für vier Tage). Was soll das, ist doch im Preis enthalten? Es gibt keine Kopie des Belegs und hinterher bekommt man das Geld bar zurück, leider 10 USD zu wenig .... Personal im Supermarkt blasiert, gelangweilt und uninformiert (die Damen). Das männliche Personal war leider selten da, aber deutlich besser. Supermarkt war in den ersten beiden Tagen "leergefressen" (damit die Gäste in die Restaurants gehen?) Penthouse-Party mit sehr lauter Musik, die durch alle Wände geht, morgens um 3.00 Uhr und kein Personal schreitet ein. Dabei sind Parties dort verboten. Für den Unterhaltungslärm vom Nachbarresort kann die Anlage nichts, das hörte dann auch gegen 11.00 nachts auf. Bei den Cocktails wird am Rum gespart, obwohl er im Land nun wirklich niciht teuer ist. Benchmark sind unkomplizierte Strandbars in Cabarete, da geht das. Insgesamt hat die Anlage meist wenig Atmosphäre. Teure Villen mit Bauschutt auf der anderen Seite des Wegs oder Absperrbleche für Baustelle des Nachbarresorts.

I ordered 3 lobsters and 3 hamburgers 7 mix drinks at Floriita restaurant, the bill was 700 hundred dollars. I thought that was insane. Neither the less that was the last restaurant we ate at.

Prices vs products just does not match.
