I ended up not staying due to my disappointment at the reception.

There was no air conditioner in the reception area, nor was sets for costumers to set down. The stated during the reservation that there was a shuttle to the airport included and while I was there and asked for the shuttle to take me to the airport they told me that I had to pay 60 dollars in additional charges for them to provide me with the service.

I really enjoyed my stay the Concierge Micker was absolutely amazing. He really did take care of us our whole stay while in Dominican. I rate him a five Star Super Host.
