L'emplacement dans le centre historique, la maison ancienne dans laquelle se trouvait l'appartement, la réactivité du personnel de Livehome à distance.

L'appartement nécessite des réparations et un entretien (porte des placards de cuisine, fermetures de la porte des WC,etc...), de plus le ménage était moyen (terrasse non balayée avec une bouteille d'alcool vide qui traînait...) , les équipements défaillants (2 verres seulement pour 4 personnes, un grille pain qui fait sauter les plombs..) enfin LE BRUIT, dès qu'une personne marche a l'étage, on entend tout.
