اول شي مواقف السيارات مافيه وكمان المواصلات الباص يوقف بعيد عن الحرم ونضطر نمشي مسافة طويلة وقت الفطور ماناسبني افضل يكون الى الساعة 11 الصباح بحكم ان المعتمرين يكونو متعبين

It was extremely busy as it was last 10 days of ramadan. So room service couldn't be done as requested everyday. But it was fine honestly. Beyond that the staff was great, helpful and friendly. We kept extended our stay teoce during that period. Booked two quadruple room. They have a bus that takes to the haram every 20-30min. But I would recommend walking as its faster than the bus. For a young person will be around a 12-15 min walk about 20 for an older person

The iftar and suhoor were not the greatest. Suhoor was definitely better than Iftar. But again to be honest we didnt mind it. We just grabbed a quick bite and went to prayers. They also give you the flexibility to chose between iftar and/or suhoor which was great as it give you more flexibility.
