Everything, Room, space, facilities were all good, particularly the breakfast in the morning was very good and handy as well, particularly the omlette and fresh egg chef was very helpful and nice food. daytime staff was helpful and cooperative.

1. The window lock handle was broken and very unsafe for children but this could be a one off thing in that one room. we informed them at the time and but would be good to be fixed as its dangerous for small kids. 2. The staff at night time (3am to 5am) did not know any english at all (not a single word) so was struggling with him for some time and spent about 40mins on reception to sort out the room.

هناك عدم تنظيف للكراسي الجلوس وايضا عدم صيانة اقفال الابواب حيث تعطل المفتاح بعد العودة من الحرم وانتظار مايقارب النصف ساعة وليس هناك تعويض

Harama servis var dediler servisin belirli bir saati yok, sabah namazına yetişemedik çünkü şöfor sahur yapıyordu.. düzen yok otelde.

افطار ضعيف جدا لديهم مطعمان مطعم مميز ومطعم جدا فقير الذي أعطونا فيه الإفطار اضطررت لشراء افطار من الخارج رغم ان اقامتي شامله وجبه الإفطار لكن فعليا اول فندق أراه بمستوي أضعف من ضعيف ف الإفطار

Great location, just a 5-minute walk to Masjid an-Nabawi. There are many attractions nearby, so the area is very convenient. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Housekeeping was done daily, and everything we needed was provided. Overall, everything was good. The only small downside was that the room was a bit small, but the price was very reasonable for what the hotel offers.
