The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and only four blocks from the pier. Both the common areas and the room were very clean. The room was large enough for one person, a bit small for two. The bed was comfortable and there was enough electrical light to read in bed. There were several choices for breackfast, also for vegetarians, less so for vegans. The staff was wonderful, especially the gentleman in the reception in the morning.

My room had no window to the outside, only a small window to a corridor, it got air and light from the bathroom window; there are other rooms that have not even that bathroom window, although most rooms do have outside windows. The bathroom was small, with no place for toilet items. The hotel has no elevator and it is necessary to climb up to the terrace for breackfast - enjoying good views from there - or get breackfast in your room; moreover, the steps at the entrance are quite dangerous, on a spiral and starting from a steep street.

Muy buenas instalaciones, el desayuno riquísimo. Ofrecen las excursiones a muy buen precio. Me guardaron la valija para hacer otra excursión en el día. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo.

This is a real gem of a hotel! It seems to be very new (or newly renovated) and is immaculately clean and nicely decorated. The staff are so friendly and helpful, we don’t speak Spanish but they patiently read our google translate questions and assisted happily. The room was spacious with a huge bed and lovely balcony, hot water, and a bar fridge. The room also had an electric outdoor blind, so the room was quiet and dark when sleeping. There was free chilled filtered water in the lobby. Breakfast was delicious, and it’s located on the top floor with a beautiful view of the bay. It’s in a great location, felt like a very safe neighbourhood (and the building has good security) and walking distance from everything you need and felt very central. We would stay again!

Haz lo que te salga de los coj*nes", fueron las palabras de despedida del dueño de este maravilloso Hostal. Reservamos por dos noches. La primera sorpresa es que no aceptan tarjeta, pero te lo informan cuando ya estás allá. La habitación es bastante incómoda para el precio, la cama desfondada, el aire con un ruido insoportable, la TV sin cable y con un fire stick que no servía. El desayuno estaba muy bueno el primer día, pero al segundo día nos dijo la muchacha que no estaban las de la cocina. En vez de disculparse, el dueño del hotel procedió a decirnos que el desayuno no estaba incluido, cuando en booking.com dice claramente que se sirve de 7:30 - 10:30 en todas las habitaciones, y ya habíamos desayunado el día anterior sin ninguna objeción. Cuando trato respetuosamente de hablar con el dueño y ver como pueden resolver la situación, empezó a gritarme y lo último que me dijo fue "haz lo que te salga de los cojones" y me trancó la llamada. La cajera que me atendió, que fue muy atenta, no se veía sorprendida ante esta conducta.

No hot water, booked a room with big beds online. Arrived and was told there aren't any rooms with big beds. (Why charge extra for a commodity you DO NOT have). The personnel weren't friendly at all. Was told the Administrator would attend our needs on the morning when she arrived. In the morning they "couldn't make it". Was told to leave a number so they would call. The bed literally had indents in it. Says they offered breakfast with varying options. The only had bread and eggs.
