The excellent response from the Conceirge and Back room teams. The WIFI was poor at the start. But they fixed that the next day which was then excellence. The external wrap around balcony was great with a good view. They arranged a Private Taxi back to the Airport. Good service and good price. The whole Hotel was very clean. The Penthouse apartment was fantastic.

Apart from the poor WIFI at the begining which was fixed. Then the self check in book in system guide to do this before arrival would not work for me. Doing this when you arrive when slightly tired and hot was not helpful. And lastly, the main Smart TV did not give you access to use your own HDMI cables / devices OR remote wireless connection. No availability. You need to fix that.

The apartment was absolutely stunning and clean. The fixtures and fittings are stunning. Attention to detail with everything is second to none.

The location was a bit out of the way in an area loads of building work and apartment developments which we didn't know about. So we had diggers and hammering spoiling our beautiful serene roof top terrace all day long unfortunately. Also we arranged taxi collection via the apartment, but the driver dropped us off at the wrong Be Line accomodation (there ate two!). He'd gone before we realised to we had to walk to the correct accommodation with all our luggage. Surely if we had booked it via the accommodation they would have the right drop off address for us?? Aparently not. Finally we were given the wrong floor information for our room via the check in text so that was a bit of a pain having to contact the staff as there is no reception desk. We also tried to book a taxi to collect us to go back to the airport on the last day via the text reception contact but no one replied so we just did it ourselves.
