DOI was not able to get the room I reserved. the hotel was closed for renovations. Totally empty. After several calls to a number that was posted on the side of gthe door, a gentleman camed and confirmed to us that the place has been close for several days. The hall and reception area was filled with construction materials. I expect a full refund. I had to go to another hotel. The cotubanama.
The room itself was ok but the stairs way smells terrible and run down. The entrance to the property was over grown and the other building next door is in terrible condition. The receptionist was ok

Too much stairs before reaching the 3rd floor cause there's no ascensor The room doesn't have mirrors There's no parking... customers must park in the hallway in front of the hotel... Just imagine an occupancy by customers with cars at 70% of the building ... it would be catastrophic Not even a small refrigerator in the room There's no wardrobe in the room
