The staff was very helpful and responsive. Location was good.

The executive room's cleanliness and maintenance were subpar, with stained furniture, and unhygienic bathrooms and broken curtains. With some renovation and TLC, this hotel could shine, but for now, it's a potential gem in need of polishing.
