I had best experience with service as parbesh was at his best to provide with all what I wanted Odd timing breakfast he and whole team of kitchen helped me to get my breakfast with all what could be provided as 10.40 I reached and timings are only uptill 10.30 . Sheff Shreya made curd rice even if it was not on menu for my demand . Ive never experienced such warm service amd some amazing humans. Thankyou Holidayinn kathmandu youve been the best ever ive come across 5star services amd big shout out to the GM BARAPRASAD for keeping his kingdom of soldiers so well intact . Location and staff and food is excellent

Each floor has centralized aircon system. So you either have hot floor or cold floors. You cant have individual room air-conditioning facilities which is not acceptable specially place like Kathmandu.
