Exclusive area and very close to the water, and also the exclusivity of service.

Parking a vehicle wasn’t feasible and secure. The proximity to other tenants is uncomfortable, there were one an altercation happen while during my stay, it was uncomfortable and unsecured. The police had to be called to secure the area.
