BEST hotel I have EVER stayed in. We got a suite for an ABSOLUTE BARGAIN price. Alhamdulilah. I would have happily paid double what I paid. Pros: - Suite was big, clean and well furnished. - Bathroom was lovely. - Views were fantastic. - Staff were very friendly. - Hotel smelt amazing. - The executive lounge was very nice, with a good selection of food.

Cons: - The lifts were extremely fast, but too fast in my opinion, as the speed hurt my ears. - A speaker on the ceiling of the hallway was constantly making a squeaky noise. It was annoying, but bearable. - The ironing board in the room was quite small, however the iron itself was good. - There is a slope that leads to the masjid and it could be a bit much for children and the elderly, and during the day when the heat is the highest. - It would have been super useful if the hotel would have provided unscented soap for those doing umrah. *Even with the cons, the hotel gets 9.5/10 from me. Would highly highly recommend it.
