The room, decor and space is overall lovely and very nice, new and clean! The staff are also really friendly and the room is comfortable. I had an issue with an electric plug and they sent someone to fix it right away even though it was quite late. i really enjoyed being there. The room is fully supplied with a bathrobe, slippers, ironing board and iron, a weight, it's nice to find all the little amenities without having to ask

the breakfast was a little sad in quality as well as dining space. it's on the first floor in a dark room, looks very off from the hotel. some stuff I couldn't eat honestly, God forgive me, and everything feels either old or just badly made (like the cake could have been one of those prepackage baqqala stuff). For the loveliness of the hotel, I did expect a nicer breakfast experience but it's okay
