Cana Brava Residences Rental Apartment

Cana Brava is a hidden gem that will steal your heart!! Had the most amazing time during our week long stay at Cana Brava!!! The property is so serene and quiet with a great pool. The rooms were so beautiful decorated and the whole place felt so safe. It’s a super nice and cozy place to stay for families with young children. The is an Italian restaurant and a brick oven pizzeria on the property and the pizza there was best pizza ever!!! Elsa who is manager there was absolutely amazing and she made sure that our stay there perfect!! Thank you Elsa!

The property is very nice with spacious apartments by a nice pool and a restaurant right by the pool. There is a lot of growth and construction in Punta Cana overall but that takes place during the day when you're likely to be at the beach. The evenings are very nice and quiet. The staff at the property were accommodating and friendly. Elsa has been very nice and communicative. I will say that the beach is not right on the property, however the nearby Hard Rock resort has a beach you may access for a fee. If you are not staying at one of the large resorts in Punta Cana I would strongly advise renting a car. You can reach many beautiful beaches by car within 15-20 min.

Cute apartment, but lots of construction around the area. The room is clean, but lots of small ants in the hallway and the washroom doesn’t have a fan system So it smelled like it was moldy. The beach is misleading because you have to take a shuttle bus and pay to get access to the private beach club. The restaurant downstairs was good and the communication with the owners was great. I do like how it’s on the same property as hard rock so you’re able to access their lobby and casino area. It’s affordable and it was clean so I would visit again.

Construction occurring on all sides and our unit still had some construction dust and debris. Very quiet when workers left and the staff is extremely nice and helpful

Awesome location away from the party scene (if you don’t want it) and close enough (if you do). Beach Club is A+, make sure you spend 90% of your time there.

The first pic show the beach across the property and it is not true. I did not get checkin instructions until the day of the checkin. Any beach I wanted to use had a 35 per person cost which I did know until that day, otherwise I would have canceled the stay in this place. There was no good food nearby. The place is nice but I will not stay here if you have teenagers and need some enjoyment.

Her ability to accommodate me and my guest at a moment’s notice, even with unexpected flight delays, was nothing short of remarkable. Cost is always a consideration when planning a vacation, and I was genuinely surprised at the value offered by Cana Brava Residences. Compared to friends who stayed at the more traditional options like the Rock Hotel and the Bavaro Princess Hotel, our experience was superior in every way – from the ambiance to the personal touches that made our stay unique. The property was and elsa the property manager was very helpful and made our stay smooth the only issues we had was a women at night in a lower apartment was screaming we thought something had happened to her but we think it was intoxication please put in your customer rental policies that people need to be courteous to other guest when it comes to noisy other then that the place was great the Italian restaurant down stairs was great the food was excellent the beach club is worth the price very private and relaxing friendly waitress
