نظيف وزحمه عمال الشركات مزعجه فيه

وعود الاداره بفطار مجاني وخلف الوعد بعد الحجز يعيب الاداره

نظيف لكن وحود العديد من موظفين الشركات يسبب ربكه وازدحام للعوايل وكانه يستهدف العمال فقط

قبل الحجز تم ابلاغي يمكنك الحصول عل افطار مجاني من قبل الاداره وتم تواصل معهم لكن بعد الحجز اعتذر عن العرض السابق وهذا خلل في الاداره والتواصل يعيب احترافيه المسؤال حين يتراجع عن وعده

mixed experience - good service but serious room issues I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel The room was clean and well organized, and the food was good. I appreciated the cleanliness and overall comfort

unfortunately, there were serious issues with the room. There was water leaking from the window, and I was forced to change rooms. The new room was different from my room original booking - I had booked a king-bed room, but they moved me to a twin room. then I asked for an upgrade, I was told that no rooms were available. I felt very uncomfortable in the second room the room was haunted so I went down to the front desk feeling scared and asked to change the room. One of the staff members was not helpful at first and kept insisting that I had already changed rooms. After I became upset and explained the situation clearly about the leaking and the haunting rooms, they finally moved me back to a room similar to my original one, on the same floor.
