Struttura pulitissima accogliente e immersa nella tranquillità, io e mia figlia abbiamo passato una piacevole giornata con cena buonissima servita all’interno del ristorante! Consigliatissimo !!!

Lucia was the main highlight of our stay, because you can feel she loves people and wants to do the best for all of them. The food was also incredible, both breakfast and dinners. For breakfast we choose the savory, and that was a good choice, with 2 sorts of cheeses, smoked pork and capocollo. Very delicious, seemed like from a farm. But we saw the sweet breakfast at our neighbour table and it was just goods packed in plastic. I would have been very disappointed if I had that one. The dinners, that had to be pre-booked in advance, were so hearty and tasty and will remember them for a long time ( and I´m a real gourmet :-)). You could feel the love and stress that went into cooking them. But also the location in the countryside with beautiful landscape and cats, donkeys and chicken was worth staying at this place.

The whole place seemed to be out of season still and not prepared to welcome guests. Maybe it was because of the early date of staying there, mid-march, but then don´t put it as available, if its not. We didn´t have wi-fi during our stay for 2 nights, but we´ve seen a lot of effort from Lucia to get it fixed. The room, although very clean, was a cell in a cloister. 1 double bed, one single bed (we used for our luggage, otherwise we wouldnt have been able to move around the room at all), and that was it. No table, no chairs. Besides no TV as there was no internet. It was raining all the time, which isn´t the fault of the place of course, but we could not do anything else than stay in bed and read. The restaurant part was not open to guests during daytime and we felt a bit like intruders, when we wanted to sit down there and play some games and drink a bottle of wine. No alternatives were offered to us in terms of what to do on a very rainy day, with no internet, in a very remote place with bad streets, and a poor room. Still, you always remember the places that were not perfect the most. And we will.

Wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist man hier an der richtigen Adresse. Das Frühstück war gut und die lokalen Mitarbeiter nett.

Beim Betreten des Zimmers schlug uns ein schrecklicher Geruchmix aus Kanalisation und kaltem Rauch entgegen, welcher sich in der ranzigen Holzdecke festgefressen hatte. Das „Bett“ war eine abenteuerliche Konstruktion aus Klapprosten und einer dreckigen, durchgelegenen Matratze. Die Duschkabine im finsteren Bad war schimmelig und so klein, dass man sich nicht umdrehen konnte. Völlig enttäuscht mussten wir diese Unterkunft nach der ersten Nacht verlassen. Der Besitzer hat uns zwar die Rechnung für das (sehr mittelmäßige) Abendessen erlassen, weigerte sich allerdings, uns - nicht einmal Kulanz halber - die zwei nicht konsumierten Nächte rückzuerstatten.
