Exceptionally clean and excellent well mannered staff, very helpful management. Aala was very helpful and friendly and would ask every time we went past her if we needed anything. This was my 4th time staying at this hotel.

إستثنائي عندما وصلنا الفندق وجدنا معاملة رائعة وخاصة من موظف الاستقبال الأستاذ عبدالمجيد الذي ساعدنا في الحصول على غرفة رباعية الأسرة بدلا من الثلاثية التي قمت بحجزها. الغرفة نظيفة والأثاث جديد وتطل الغرفة على شارع إبراهيم الخليل من جهة الحرم. الفندق قريب جدا من الحرم.
