Ocean View Al Zahra

I always stay here when I visit Jeddah for work. It’s in a great location that I know well as I used to live there, close to the areas I need to work in, and very good value for money. The staff get to know you well and in particular there is one female guest service (I wish I knew her name) who is just exceptional in her service. She was there when I checked in and was checking in a group before me, but took the time to acknowledge me as I was standing waiting in line. She then remembered my name and already had my booking ready to go. It had been a number of months since she checked me into the hotel, but that personalized service was a really lovely experience.

The only thing that needs to be considered for me who goes to bed early is the noise that continues well into the late evening that meant my sleep was interrupted.

الفندق جيد وموقعه حيوي وقريب من المحلات والمطاعم ومن شارع الامير سلطان المواقف معقوله جداً حول الفندق المنطقة هاديه لولا ازعاج العمارة التي تبنى حيث يقوم العمال بالعمل وقت الظهر تعامل طاقم الفندق ممتاز احترام وتقدير للعميل واهتمام باي طلب له فورا يشكرون عليه حرص على راحة العميل الاستقبال ممتاز وضيافة في بهو الفندق

دورات جميلة ولكن تحتاج تطوير افضل

الشكر لجميع الموظفين بالفندق وبالاخص الاستاذه التي كانت بالاستقبال وقت حضوري الفندق هادى ونظيف وسرير مريح

لايوجد عزل بالغرف لأني كنت اسمع لا إرادي كل الحديث في الغرفة المجاورة

تعامل الموظفين كان في قمة الرقي ومتعاونين جدا والفندق قريب من كل الخدمات
