"Good Location, Good Stay"

Easy to reach, delayed process of check in, Room big, Clean, A/C working well, bathroom clean, Quiet, WiFi not working, No private parking, parking available around and free of charge, restaurant and shops around

"Awful services and poor quality"

Awful. Toilet smelled badly. Bedsheets and duvet cover were filthy but house keeping was not giving clean linen. It took a long while to get clean linen from them. Even that had cigarette burns on it. Toilet cover was broken. See photo. Shower was partially working. TV stopped showing clear picture suddenly in the evening. No towel was placed in the room. I had to ask for it. No internet in the room as advertised. There was internet signal in the room but staff told me its not working. They did not give me password. I think staff lied about it so I had to go downstairs to use lobby internet. I would like hotel.com to refund my money if possible. It will be a good lesson for hotel staff and they will perhaps start providing good service. I think they thought I am a lone woman and they can easily get away by providing bad service. Generally hotel industry in Jeddah is beaming and teaming with awful people who provide awful services.
