Nothing no water come up in 17 floor just drops of water in shower and no tv screen and no towels and bring them after 2 hours Very bad facilities

I had a confirmed reservation booked days ahead, however no room was available when I got there. Terrible management of the hotel and customers. We had to jump from hotel to hotel looking for alternatives.

The receptionist was so nice to help us check early. The room did not have mugs & towels. We needed to call several times to get them. No hot water.
