عدم مساعدة الضيف في تلبية احتياجاته، مع وجود تعنّت شديد من جانب إدارة المواقف وعدم التعاون نهائيًا، رغم أنني عميل للفندق منذ عام 2023. لكن من الواضح وجود تغيّر سلبي في نظام الإدارة وعدم الاهتمام براحة النزلاء. كما لا يوجد أي اهتمام بتنظيف الغرف، بالرغم من أن الموظف عند تسجيل الدخول سألني إن كنت أرغب بالتنظيف بشكل دوري أو عند الطلب، وقد اخترت التنظيف الدوري، ومع ذلك لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة نهائيًا طوال فترة الإقامة.
