Nusk Al Hijrah Hotel

Hotel was quite clean. Room was not ready when I arrived at 18:00. Overall reception staff was good with fluent English.

Alhamdulillah service was great nice and clean very close to Masjid e Nababi 4/5 min walk

The price was not worth and it was so dirty ppl smoking on the rooms

The location was great and was a 2 min walk from masjid nabawi, beside that everything else was average or bad, we had one of the cleaners take a bag of our brand new thobes that we bought and he claimed that he thought it was rubbish which is suspicious and I don’t believe, the door was also broken and kept going off in the middle of the night, I give this place a 2.5 stars.

Booked for my father in law, for his transit stopover, clean, comfortable, conveniently located for his short stay. Staff got room ready for him ahead of the check-in which he appreciated.

Nice hotel

The carpet was dirty, there were no towels or toilet paper until requested, and no housekeeping service was provided. Front customer service are not cooperative.

Best thing- right by the Rawda & the Green Dome where our Prophet SAW is. Just need more variety in their buffet but overall excellent hotel Allhamdulilah

Room was dirty Service was very bad they dont clean your room if you are not in the room
