الصراحة وبكل امانة نظافة الفراش مرة ممتاز وكذلك السرير مريح

صراحة جيته قبل سنة كان افضل من كذا بكثير سواءً استجابة الطاقم او عمال النظافة وكذلك واجهنا مشكلة عدم وجود مواقف وقفنا امام الفندق اخذت مخالفتين من البلدية ب 600 ريال يومين متتالية

الفندق هادي ومافيه ازعاج والغرف نظيفه وحراس الأمن قمه في الاخلاص بالعمل ورحابة الصدر يحرصون عليك أشد الحرص ، موظفات الاستقبال بشوشات وخدمتهم جيده

الفطور اصنافه قليله المخبوزات ناشفه ولكن مكان الفطور نظيف والموظفين خدومين ، مافيه قريب منك لا مطعم لا صيدليه ولا بقاله ومطعم الفندق اسعاره مرتفعه واللي زعلني كثيير غير موضح لنا ان الباص يوقفك بمكان بعيد جداً عن الحرم حتى للي لياقتهم زينه بيتعبون ياليت يكون فيه مصداقيه رحت معه مره ولاعاد رحت تعبت ( يوقفك بشارع فيه محلات وقدامه دوار كبير يعني تقطع الدوار برجولك والسيارات فل وتمشي تدخل للحرم من جهة فندق الصفوه وعلى بال ما توصل باب الملك عبدالعزيز يعتبر مسافه كبيييره ) وسواق الباص خلوق جداً جميع الناس اللي تشتغل بمكه لاحظت خلوقه وفيهم حلم وصبر جزاهم الله خير
