מיקום מצויין, צוות נעים, חדרים מרווחים, תחזוקה מצויינת של המתקנים, ארוחת בוקר מעולה, הענות מהירה ויעילה לכל בקשה או בעיה, ארועים נחמדים לילדים מדי יום, נקיון שוטף של החדר, בריכה ענקית.

ניכר שחלק מהחדרים קצת עייף, החדרים לא היו ערוכים כפי שהוזמן, ותמיד חסר ציוד (מגבות, סבונים). היה נחמד אם סביב הבריכה היום כסאות נוחים לשהיה ממושכת ובר/מסעדה עם יותר אפשרויות.

בכללי מיקום טוב מאוד מדשאות בריכה גדולה ויש כוונות טובות של המלון. האתגר בין הכוונות למציאות. חדרים ישנים, ריצפת בטון בשרותים שמקבל אבל מהר, ארוחת בוקר גדולה אבל הרבה פריטים בלי טעמים מיוחדים. חסר הסברים על מקומות לאכול (מספר פעמים שאלנו בקבלה ונתנו הסבר על גוגל שאנחנו יודעים לעשות) גם פעיליות במלון יש אבל ממש ברמה לא מקצועית (ערב מסיבה לילדים שההורים מחכים שעות - כן שעות - בתור שהילדים יקבלו איזה ציור ), עוד ערב סתם של מוזיקה עם חישוקים לילדים שאחרי כמה דקות משתעממים. מקום חמוד אבל תמורה למחיר מאוד גבוהה כ 5000 לשני לילות למשפחה רק עם ארוחת בוקר, לא שווה במחיר כזה לתמורה

החדר היה מלוכלך, נשארו דברים של האנשים הקודמים בחדר. גם אחרי שביקשתי שיבואו לנקות שוב השאירו את החפצים של הדיירים הקודמים. האוכל בלובי ברמה מאוד נמוכה. לא אחזור למלון
