A beautiful picturesque location . The property was exceptional ! This new apartment was immaculately clean and offered every convenience required for an enjoyable stay. Very comfortable mattresses , air conditioning worked optimally in every bedroom and living area. The washing machine is easily accessible to guests. The view from the terrace of the rolling Marche countryside was so beautiful. We didn’t want to leave. A short drive into neighbouring towns for supermarkets, delicious eateries and sightseeing . The beaches are a short drive away. Signora Maria runs a wonderful property , and provides the most delicious Italian breakfasts including her home made cakes, and above all is an amazing host with exceptional hospitality. The family makes you feel right at home. Emanuela welcomed us to the property with excellent communication from first contact to accessing the property . Every need is catered to and nothing is too much trouble. A truly wonderful experience

We had the most wonderful stay. The property is perfection. We are a family of 6 and all of us errr just blown away with every aspect of this stay. So grateful, beautiful breakfast, rooms are pristine and comfortable. Close to the town of Offida which is so special, The views and vibes of this area and home are unrivalled.
Only wish we planned our stay to be longer.
