House keeping were good .Good breakfast options .fast check in & out .

Lack of shuttle bus to Haram as it's a bit far from Haram .I booked thinking they had a shuttle bus but unfortunately they didn't .that's a major setback .

EVERY THING IS GOOD CLEAN , GOOD STUFF Good food in resturant

No buses in hotel to haram was suffering . Limited park areas Limited varities in restaurant food

Staff , cleanliness

So far from Elharam the distance is too far to walk and there are no shuttle buses it’s a very disappointed thing

يفتح انفس الموقع الموظفين الي ع الاستقبال مودبه وراقيه جداً كانت ف قمة اللطف حتى العمال مررره كويسين الف شكر

الفندق ممتاز وان كان بعيد عن الحرم وقريب من محطة قطار الحرمين

الحمام صغير بالاخص مكان الشور.. والاهم من ذلك لا يوجد باص ويدي الحرم للصلاة حسب ما هو مذكوربموقع الفندق من خلال بكنق
