Very convenient location. It’s within walking distance to the royal palace and old town area. Lots of restaurants. The apartment is recently upgraded completely.

The upgrade seems nicely done but it wasn’t maintained to its original quality. Or the upgrade wasn’t thoughtful enough. The floor in the bathroom started to wear out by water damage. Saying that everything is functional.

Lovely and spacious

The main bathroom sink was clogged. We were given the code for the room 2B door. We were not given the code for the front street door. So we had to wait for about 30 minutes for someone to open

Posizione perfetta, appartamento bellissimo e spazioso con tutti i servizi necessari.

Il check-in non era modificabile, purtroppo siamo arrivati a madrid in mattinata alle 9 e fino alle 15 l'appartamento non era disponibile.

"Magnifique séjour"

Très bel appartement,spacieux ,très propre ,idéalement situé et conforme aux photos. L’équipe support est à l’écoute 24h/24. Ils ont dépêché ,gratuitement,un technicien pour résoudre un problème qui n’est pas de leur ressort. Je recommande vivement.

Il manque le micro-ondes,la cafetière ,un petit panier de bienvenue et suffisamment de produits d’hygiène . Le système de chauffage n’est réglable que par leurs soins . L’assise du salon est insuffisante pour 4 personnes. Le canapé est à changer
