Locatie pozitionata bine fata de obiectivele turistice, acces usor la mijloacele de transport in comun. Comunicare eficienta cu gazda. Check-in usor. Camera a fost foarte spatioasa cu toate dotatile minime necesare unui sejur.

Horrendous mattress which can not be considered acceptable by any standard. A sheet does not adequately cover the bed; cleanliness is rather sloppy (ie. hair in shower, stains on toilet). No reception on site which we soon realised is strictly advantageous to Limehome. Scripted pretentious & hollow apologies hidden behind a mysterious band of unaccessible "superiors". Plenty of availabilities yet outright refusal to find a replacement or consider any viable solution for the client.

After requests were ignored, the customer service team was inspired by a final reminder to invent a rediculous scenario. Suggesting an elite team had entered without knowledge or permission to "thoughly examine" the bedding in client absence. Though this was also false (we had been on site at the time of this yet fascinating investigation), it did confirm the disrespect reserved for Limehome clients; to point fault at the client instead of attempting to find a solution. We will never stay in a Limehome stay ever again.
