The key highlights of our experience: • Beautiful hotel facilities and reasonable pricing • Happy, friendly, and helpful staff - especially the night shift staff who went above and beyond to help us order food when we were hungry • Clean and spacious rooms • Coffee served during our stay had an unusual taste. Your team investigated the issue, provided an explanation, and offered a complementary coffee upon our return • Team was extremely accommodating, offering a late checkout due to our late night flight

Areas for Improvement: • While the coffee issue was resolved satisfactorily, we believe there is room to enhance the coffee offerings. As frequent travelers, having a good cup of coffee is an important part of our morning routine. Providing barista training for your staff would help them develop a better understanding of coffee machines and techniques, allowing them to consistently make good quality coffee for guests like us • Unfortunately, our laundry was forgotten, which led to us having to return home in dirty clothes. Improved communication and attention to detail could prevent such oversights in the future

The bed was comfy and I had a good sleep. The shower was very hot, but you have to let it run for along time first. The evening meals in the restaurant were very good, and breakfast was passable. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room and bathroom was quite small and cramped. I was alone in a twin room, and there was not really enough space. Two people would find it difficult to stay in this room. The shower stall in the bathroom leaked and the whole bathroom floor become wet when the shower was running.

Staff were very helpful, especially in the restaurant with my wifes dietary requirements.
