הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת. נכון שהמלון נמצא במרחק של 15 דקות הליכה מהטיילת וגרנד מול, ומרחק הליכה של שעה לעיר העתיקה, לנו זה בכלל לא הפריע, אנחנו אוהבים ללכת ועשינו את זה בכיף. למי שזה קשה, אז יש מוניות שהזמנו דרך אפליקציה בולט, ממש גרושים והם זמנים24/7. המלון עצמו ענה על כל הדרישות שלנו, מתקני ספא מדהימים, חדר כושר מאובזר היטב, בריכה מחוממת, סאונה, חמם, יש אפשרות להזמין עיסוים למיניהם, צוות אדיב ומאוד שירותי, מדברים אנגלית ורוסית. ארוחת בוקר טובה, לא מגוונת במיוחד, אבל יש ירקות בשפע, דיברי חלב, גבינות, חביתות, מאפים, פנקייקים, ריבות מקומיות מאוד טעימות. חשוב לציין שהמלון מתוחזק היטב, מנקים כל הזמן, מחליפים מגבות כל יום. בקיצור הייתה לנו חוויה נעימה, אם נבקר שוב בבטומי שוב נבחר במלון זה.
