The hotel cleanliness was great!! We enjoyed our stay. Real quiet and comfortable

The apartment was well laid out and clean. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. I would say this apartment beat renting a hotel/motel by a large margin. The cost was affordable and our stay was enjoyable.

Property looked nice, but after confirming my late arrival by phone they cancelled my reservation while i was in transit. When I arrived I was greeted to an empty lobby, a cancellation email, and a lockbox i could not access, and was forced to find another hotel very late at night.

Nothing

No parking. No front desk service after 5 PM including check in and baggage handling and when I checked out early I could not get a refund

I wish I had gotten the ladies name who checked us in she was wonderful and thru out our stay she was always super friendly and also always cleaning. The only bad thing I can say is we arrived at 2 and were told check in was at 3 and there were no early check ins. I would have understood that if they were cleaning rooms which they were not.

The whole set up in the suite was great and the fact they had a place just to chill and relax outside

We had a great stay! The room was clean with great amenities! The building itself is amazing and still seems brand new! This will be my go to for sure!

The property is nice overall and have most of the equipment that you could find at home. The decoration is refined and looks expensive.

The only thing I didn't like and that was very important was the room odor. It was difficult for me to sleep because of that very strong smell of paint. That was a no go for me. My wife and I spent most of the time outside of the property because of that.

Staff is awesome. Courteous and helpful.

There are no dressers or places to store clothes besides a closet with only 4 hangers. Had to ask for more. Was told portable dressers are only for guests staying over a certain number of days. The key card system waa a bit tricky, but the phone app seemed to work ok. No papertowels or linens. Only 1 set of towels but no bath mat or face towels. No coffee machine. Very spartan Cleaner than extended stay, but very very few amenities.
