stayAPT Suites Killeen-Fort Cavazos

Lady called 2 hours before checkin to tell me I had to be there by 12pm or I needed to call and cancel Aon thanksgiving. I made it with 2 mins to spare but she swore she called for three days when I made the reservation the night before. I had five guests in my room. They would only bring one additional towel. My family in town had to bring me two other towels and hand towels. Very nice hotel but crappy service b

Fairly new building with an interesting room layout that I felt was OK for a short stay. Location was easy to find. But

No one in the office after 9pm, no towels, hand soap in the bathroom, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty floor and only one coffee cup. After the 2nd day of our 5 nights I asked for fresh towels but was told only after my 4th day. I also complaint about the music and noise from the next door guest. They told me to call the emergency number next time to let them know. Two nights later more loud music and party, I called around 11pm and they said they will take care of it, at 130 AM the music was still playing. NOT good , two nights of party that we did not enjoy and no sleep. Also, the building is made out of cardboard because you can hear everything , including folks flushing the toilet. Sorry not sorry, will not be using this place again.

i love that it was closer to my family who we were visiting. The place was big enough for some of our family to come over and enjoy my cooking and play cards without getting on the bed. I wish more things was there like can opener, more stuff for the dishwasher. beside that we enjoyed our visit, and we will stay there every time we come to Texas o yea the door was so hard to open.

Great space and set up.

What you see in the pictures is what you get. The rooms were nice and clean. It was quiet but it was close to everything.
