La stanza era grande e il letto comodo.

La stanza era sporca soprattutto il pavimento. Ho pagato per 3 persone e c'era solo il letto per 2 persone e gli asciugamani per due. Ho chiesto allo staff e non hanno saputo aiutarmi perciò la terza persona ha dormito sul divano. Ho chiesto un rimborso che non é mai arrivato. Lo staff non é stato né comprensivo né d'aiuto. Inoltre la struttura é decisamente fuori dal centro.

Please deep clean kitchen floors. They were not visibly dirty but when I wiped up spilled water the paper towel was dirty

There were really only two things. First, the sofa bed is horrible. If there are more than 2 people going to stay and you need to use the sofa bed, don’t do it. It just metal springs wrapped in a sheet. Second, the shower head needs to be changed. I’m completely for low flow and conserving water, but this takes it to an extreme. Once turned on, you have to wait 2 minutes before you have hot water and you end up taking a longer shower which completely defeats the point.

This Airbnb was terrible from start to finish. The place was messy, loud, and uncomfortable — I could hear the bar downstairs and traffic all night, and the walls and floors were stained and dirty. Even the shower had visible grime. Communication was awful: they never told me about a required “pre‑check‑in” form until I had to reach out myself. Worst of all, they ran fraudulent charges on my card for the same room multiple times. On top of that, they attempted to place additional holds without explanation. Extremely unprofessional and shady business practices. Absolutely the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had.

Location, amenities (kitchen, gym, pool), access was easy. Bed was comfy!

Sheets were starchy / could have been softer and the shower water pressure was low.
