Excellent location. Relatively quiet at rear of building. Good size. Has parking spot (but difficult to maneuver in/out). Good A/C. Friendly and helpful staff.

A little dark (low floor). Building a little neglected. Cleaning could be better. Parking in corner in lowest level underground was difficult.

Great location

The apartment was not properly cleaned. We cleaned it further ourselves and sent them photos of how dirty some parts were. I asked for a refund of the cleaning fee on three separate times and my request was ignored, I was told we will ask our superiors but no response was given. It is marketed as a two bedroom apartment but the secondary bedroom has no windows and only a single bed in it. The living room had a sofa bed but where we clearly indicated that we are two adults and two children then there was no bedding for the sofa double bed, only the single bed was made. When I asked for beddings then they said they could only provide it the next day and we ended up taking bedding from family. They do not answer to the phone and are very late in responding. The apartment has no views out. The apartment is nice otherwise but the service is poor and it was not sufficiently cleaned which diminished the experience

Perfect apartment, perfect location. Clean, big, wrll equipped, not noisy apartment in a safe area, 200 m from Jerusalem Beach, communicative owner
