Coastal Sunset

This property is the worst place I have ever been, but I believed what I sow on pictures! We supposed to stay over a weekend, but I had to cancel and leave next morning! Everything is old, nether maintained. Very dirty, oily floor, windows AC are not installed properly, they dont cool; also air from outside coming in. Water doesn’t run in sink normal and door isn’t possible to close of the restroom( probably was flood before). This property is located on road where is very busy traffic of vehicles, THEY SHOULD HAVE IMPACT WINDOWS, which they don’t, so forget about well sleeps cuz all night you have feeling some car will get to your unit. Last thing: breakfast is not as on website 8-10am, it is only 8-9am and they serve breakfast for 10 motels not just this property!!! Only good thing is we use public parking that cost less then They charge $20/ night. I don’t recommend anyone to come here, you will face very bad experience!

I came here with my husband to have weekend getaway and Thanks God, we didn’t bring kids with us! Place is disaster!!! Very dirty, no maintained at all; windows ac are not installed well so air from outside coming in. Door of restroom is not possible to closed, also weather in sink doesn’t run normal. Motel is located on where traffic round, and they don’t have impact windows so forget about peace and sleep, cuz any moment you will fell vehicle coming in your unit! Breakfast is from 8-9am (for 10 motels together) instead how website said 8-10am. They try to move me to other unit since I bring them inside to see what they rent to me, but even other unit didn’t have Ac that works good. I end up canceling my reservation and not staying there other night. DONT GO THERE and you will do huge favor for you and yours one!!

This place is old and dirty 🗑🗑🗑🗑

On the site once booked it say check in time was 11-4 but when we arrived we were told that we had to check in after 4, parking per day should definitely be included with the stay if your staying on the property I see not point in that. Room service came into our room on the second day collected towels and rags that we did not use they ended up taking our personal rags and towels and did not touch anything else in the room. Was told by the manager that the room service comes in on the 3rd day of the stay to clean and it was the 2nd and even when they did come they didn’t do anything but take the towels and rags. No trash was dumped, no beds made back up, not even the floor being swept or mopped. Room should definitely have utensils inside the room instead of having to go to the office to ask for it. That defeats the purpose of having a microwave, stove and cabinets. Overall the stay was good but far as the service and amenities for the room it was not that good at all.

The rooms you reserve at this hotel are not the rules you see on the picture for advertisement they also pacifically state in details what they pacifically offer at these hotels, and upon checking in none of these things that they advertise they have at this hotel it took the courtesy of Expedia to try to justify And compensate for the most. Worst experience me and my family had been at this hotel. They didn’t even want to give me a refund for either of the nights. That’s a hotel that basically needs the money because they move their rooms or not what they advertise at all my usual living this is the worst Hotel I ever been in my whole life and I do not recommend going to this hotel.

If you ask for anything needed in the room, they’ll accommodate you.

***FALSE ADVERTISEMENT DO NOT GO!*** the pictures are photoshop, the place is really ran down The rooms smell like mold, smoke and my wife got asthma as soon as we got in the room We called costumer service (at Expedia and spoke to the front desk)to inform them of the medical situation and just gave us the run around and no one showed any empathy for the situation.
