USNot a breakfast location, which we were well aware of. Terri and Angie were so helpful! We were centrally located to visit family and friends and dining out, when necessary. Loved having the kitchen to deal with dietary restrictions, the enclosed courtyard, large bathroom and separate bedroom. All of that at a reasonable price. Thank you!
Wasn't crazy about having to use an app to do laundry; but not critical.

I think there should be a few more things included with the room such as a roll of paper towels, broom and dust pan. Our room was also short 2 forks.

USNew, clean & comfortable! So close to great restaurants & stores! Derby Dinner Theater was only minutes away & Jersey Boys was excellent! Staff was very friendly & courteous too!

USThe staff is very friendly, helpful, and understanding. The establishment is clean, safe and love the fact that there are laundry facilities.
The fire alarm went off several times, it would have been helpful to have a public address system to provide instructions and updates on the situation.
USBoth managers Nessy and Terri were exceptional. They went above and beyond. The elevator went out during our stay and was fixed within 30 min. They were very accommodating. Great personalities along with the rest of the staff. The room was great! We were extremely pleased with stay. We hope to visit in the future.
