The room exceeded expectations it was fully equipped and spacious. Very clean and in good order.

There was an issue with people fighting in the room next door. I called the emergency number and the manager was responsive, concerned and decisive. Action was taken right away and the manager followed up with a call to me after the trip, providing a discount based on the situation. I was very impressed that they cared enough to make it right. Based on their actions what could have been a miserable time was rectified. I will plan to stay there again .

Buena ubicacion y excelente estacionamiento.

La habitacion estaba muy Sucia,no habia detergente para lavar los platos la cortina de la bañera era demasiado corta y el agua se salia de la bañera la habitacion olia a manteca vieja los filtros del microndas estaba destilando el aceite viejo,en resumidas para no seguir escribiendo una LOCURA,tuvimos que cancelar y salir corriendo.
