A really comfortable hotel in a great location - in the heart of Thamel in Kathmandu. The room was clean, equipped, the bed was very comfy, and the breakfast was delicious - such a variety of choices every day. But the main important part of the experience was very helpful and friendly staff. Great value for money.

It took a while for water to hit up (but you can get used to it). It was also a bit uncomfortable to take out the suitcase down from the fourth floor as there is no elevator. But those are minor things.

The Hotel is in the middle if the town. The personal is very helpful and friendly. Even when I had an accident they were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff tried to make every wish possible. Even if room cleaning was needed they did it without asking. We could rent for the four day's a scooter which had cost us the half price from InDrive. If you want to visit the Hindu temple as a foreigner you are not allowed to enter. (Tip) The hotel offers a pick up service from the airport and organize a drop off to the airport as well. Also the hotel collaborates with a Spa together. We would book the hotel definitely again. :)
