Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents (""non tourists"" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. As there's no on-site reception, you'll get an invite to check in online prior to your arrival. Completing it will enable us to send you the digital key to your accommodations, which you can access via the Internet. Contact us if you have any trouble with the check-in process. Please note that a charge of ILS 120 will apply for late check-out at 20:00 on a Saturday.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
