Chambre petite mais charmante. Décorée de manière intéressante. Lit confortable, radio dans la chambre , kit boissons chaudes. Ambiance chaleureuse et une équipe jeune et multitâche qui travaillew aussi dans le restaurant Doli au rez (seul signalé d'ailleurs au niveau de la rue).

Le mini frigo que j'ai du débrancher pour ne pas entendre le bruit de la ventilation . Très gênant dans une petite chambre.

Room was outstanding, beautiful, comfortable and a giant bathtub. Doli the restaurant was one of the best you can find in Kutaisi.

The staff was amazing, the decoration was very cosy, amenities were great and it was overall very clean!

This hotel fell far short of basic expectations, with four major issues that severely ruined my stay. First, there is no on-site parking lot, and finding a parking space nearby is extremely difficult. I spent nearly an hour driving around before barely locating a spot far from the hotel. Second, the property has no elevator. I had to carry my heavy luggage up several flights of stairs by myself, which was exhausting and completely impractical for guests with large bags. Third, the room was unreasonably small—so cramped that I could barely turn around. There was absolutely no proper space to place my luggage, forcing me to leave it on the floor. Fourth, the front desk was often unattended, even during stated business hours. To make matters worse, they close at night, meaning there was no staff available at all after dark for any emergencies or assistance.
