Communal Hotel Kutaisi

Cute property in a great location, spacious rooms, nice garden and pool area. Food from the restaurant was nice

Terrible WiFi Double bed was too small The restaurant opens at 9 for breakfast which is too late in my opinion

Fantastic stay! The interior was exceptional, the location perfect, and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

Nice cozy room, great service by the staff. Breakfast was included, but we had to leave early the next morning, so the staff brought a breakfast / lunch box to our room that night to take with us.

The room was attractive and comfortable and the the facilities excellent. Filtered water was provided. The shower was brilliant and attractively decorated. The restaurant has a very pleasant ambience and the food is top class! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The garden was a beautiful space with a lovely pool (unfortunately still not open in late April).

The reception and breakfast staff were nice and polite enough but could do with a bit of training on how to be more hospitable and approachable. The hall and stairway is painted in a tacky and lurid red and black - not in keeping with the rest of the hotel's decor!

The rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The restaurant (Doli) was also superb.

The rooms were really good. You need to visit their restaurant 100%. the rooms were clean and comfortable

Bathroom was a bit smelly
