The view is absolutely amazing and that’s the only positive thing about this property.

Very poor cleanliness in the bathroom- the sink and toilet have visible stains, the shower was broken and the water leaked on the floor, the dental kit was torn and wasn’t changed from the previous guests. The kettle had terrible white scale inside like it was never ever washed. The fridge in the room had a plug that didn’t match the socket and at the reception they didn’t have a proper adapter- so what is the point to place such a fridge in the room? The amenities were so cheap that I couldn’t even use it. I had heavy luggage and two staff men at the reception didn’t even offer to help to bring it down to the room. Not worth of the money paid.

Beautiful views, whilst enjoying a great hottub. Very friendly owner who goes to great lengths making you feel comfortable. The food is also great, would certainly recommend staying here!

The rooms design are exotic but awesome and surprising. It’s definitely worth trying it, specially the view is wow in the night and day. Staff are helpful.

Nothing bad. Just note that its far walk from city center (i had car so, i didn’t struggle). The rooms are hot in the mid day in summer (we have been there beginning of June) but they are air conditioned.

Giving a good rating because the owner assured they will work the issues out with the place (see below). The view of the valley is amazing, the staff is quick to react.

There's a smell of plastic, particularly when the sun is out. The overall facilities are tired and need a refurbishment, and replacing the essentials like pillows. I shared my feedback with the owner and they assured to improve the quality of facilities so the rating is based on that. At the current state I would rate it lower and very overpriced.

The room is huge, bed is comfortable, the view is spectacular and the staff is really nice (they truly want to make you feel welcome). One of them even learned how to say thank you in our language and kept saying it during the whole stay.

It is overpriced. Of course, the place is amazing, but the price is too high for what is offered. I would still have stayed there, do not regreat it at all... but be aware that this might be the most expensive hotel of your trip in Georgia

The dome provides panoramic views especially at sunrise and sunset. We got the jacuzzi room and it was perfect in the cold evening. You will get enough privacy even though the domes are close together. The owner is helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend for a different experience.
