Hotel Zerta Old Tbilisi

Location was the best part of this Hotel. When we arrived at night ~2 AM, the lady (sorry we don't know her name) welcomed us warmly and assited us with carrying our luggage to the 2nd floor (as there is no elevator here). This was a really nice gesture.

There were hardly any meaningful options for a vegetarian breakfast. If you’re a vegetarian, it’s better to book the room without breakfast. The restaurant is managed by a single elderly lady who handles cooking, cleaning, and other chores all by herself. Hotel administration should understand that additional staff support is needed. She didn’t seem very welcoming when we asked for an omelette, she refused completely. Nonetheless, we would give her the benefit of doubt since she appeared quite tired from managing everything alone. On the second day of our stay, the lights in the chandelier went out. We informed the reception, and someone came to inspect the issue, but unfortunately, no one returned to fix it during our entire stay.

Odanın temizliği, oldukça merkezi olması, turistik noktalara yürüme mesafesinde olması güzeldi. Her gün temizlik yapıldı, yataklar rahat ve temizdi, dolap vs oldukça yeterliydi. İhtiyaç olabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü. Görece sessiz bir muhitteydi. Resepsiyondakiler güleryüzlü ve saygılıydılar. Kahvaltı mekanının otantikliği hoş bir hava katmış.

Odamız giriş kattaydı, zaman zaman otelin içindeki sesler rahatsız etti. Havlular çok sertti. kahvaltı servisindeki bayan daha güleryüzlü ve hızlı olabilirdi ayrıca kahvaltı malesef ciddi bir hayal kırıklığıydı, o sebeple tekrar konaklamayı ya da çevreme tavsiye etmeyi düşünmüyorum.

אין מעלית ויש עלייה גבוהה וטיפוס לא הכי נוח עם המזוודות. יש בעיה קשה של ריח מסריח מהשירותים.

Posizione centrale nella parte vecchia di Tblisi vicino a ristoranti e market e cambio valuta . E’ stata fatta la pulizia della camera tutti i giorni con il cambio degli asciugamani. Prodotti da bagno ( bagnoschiuma -shampoo - dentifricio e spazzolino . Acqua della doccia caldissima. Colazione buona .

Чистые номера в отеле с дизайнерским ремонтом в каждом номере. Есть зубные щетки, шапочки для мытья в душе, ватные палочки и диски, гель для душа, для рук и шампунь. В номере есть вода по 0,5л, чай и кофе. Чайник, кружки и стаканы. Всё новое и красивое. Завтрак скромный, но вкусный.

Шторку в душ надо

The hotel location is in the historical part of the Tbilisi, most tourist attractions in the city are in the walking distance or by taxi for 10 GEL / 3 EUR. Famous baths are located five minutes walk. Breakfast was enough to get the energy to start the day. Yes, there was no 100500 types of cheese but all necessary was available. The interior of the catering space is awesome! Rooms are nicely painted and decorated.

It was OK for us to bring our suitcases upstairs (about 20 steps of steep stair) but having some trolleys similar to the Venice porters use, can make this process easier. Instant coffee is OK it is widely consumed in Georgia, but having some espresso machine would be appreciated for the four star hotel.
