Residencial Alcoy Apartahotel

I rented an apartment on the photos presented on booking.com. Being fully aware that not every apartment has a view or balcony but this apartment did not even have relaxing chairs or a small sofa to relax on. I reached out to Karina straight away and there was no other solution given. We ended up buying 2 garden chairs so we could at least sit a bit comfortable. Another thing was the lift, I suffer arthritis in my knees and it states that there is a lift in the building....and there is, but NOT accessible from the parking and you have to climb at least 1 flight of stairs till you make it to the lift. We ended up booking another apartment in another town. I am very disappointed as for that money we could have booked a hotel in the center with more comfort

La anfitriona fue muy maleducada desde el primer momento, negándose a enviarme los códigos de acceso y teniendo que llamarle para luego colgarme. Tuve que insistir en varias ocasiones para que me facilitase los códigos. Además no había agua caliente.
