ROThe location is good, not too far from the main attractions of Stone Island. The location is a little difficult to be find, being located on a narrow street, few tens of meters from the main street.
The lightning in the rooms was awful, a very pale bulbs were unable to offer o proper light in the room. One of the rooms I stayed in was very small compared with I selected when I made the booking.
INThe vibe of the location. We felt that we were in a historical town when we walked through the narrow lanes of Kokoni Street and adjacent streets.
Though the staff were cooperative, we were moved from one room to other twice as the rooms were supposed not cleaned. We paid in TSH initially, As we were short of TSH, we requested for getting our TSH back and we would pay in USD. They agreed to do so. But at the time of check out they refused. There was no electric kettle in the room.

It was abit hard to locate the place at first but locals were really helpful and calling them helped.

I got the room on the ground floor which I didn't like .I could literally hear footsteps from outside .The shower 🚿 wasn't working and there were "No towels" plus no water bottles in the room.I booked 2 weeks prior,I expected them to be prepared for my arrival...good thing Mr.Hassan was there to assist me in the morning.Very nice man,always smiling 😊.
DEExcellent location to walk around Stone Town and waterfront, helpful staff, good breakfast, good wifi. Payment by Visa is possible. Staff helped us to get a parking space for our rental car next to the hotel. We had to check out early and we were served breakfast at 6:30 despite official breakfast time starting at 7:30. This hotel is absolutely recommendable!

HUA small budget hotel, with great staff and very good location. It's close to the Forodhani food market and the Dar es Salaam ferry.
Wifi was a bit unreliable on the 3rd floor, it works well on the 2nd floor or the ground floor.
