Nice location, near to everything, nice and helpful stuff, rooftop terrace is a nice place to chill and it has an amazing view of the mountains, comfy bed.

Breakfast was a bit poor, only one option.

The location was very convenient. Lakeside was just a walk away.

The staff was really bad. There was no hot water at the facility even when it was specifically mentioned. I informed about the issue but for 2 days no hot water. I asked to get my room cleaned but no action was taken. The staff does nothing but just sits and smokes.
