The only one thing I like about this property is location.

The attitude of staff was unprofessional and there are not giving answers to our question and room was damaged and hot water was also not available at the time.

I only liked the hostel staff and the location.

With due respect, the washrooms were not clean and the pillow and blanket provided had an unpleasant smell. The shared bunk beds were uncomfortable, when sitting, my head touched the upper wall, making it difficult to sit properly. There was also no hand soap available in the washroom, so guests need to bring their own. I have stayed in many hostels in other countries, as well as in other cities in Nepal, and at similar rates they offer much better facilities. There are lots of improvement required.
