נקיון מזעזע, אין צוות קבלה, ביקשתי חומרי ניקוי לנקות את החדר ולא הגיע עד הרגע שעזבנו. תחזוקת החדר לא טובה בלשון המעטה, ריצפה שבורה, שירותים עם נזילה וקילופים ברהיטים. אין קבלה או בן אדם בקבלה רק מספר פלאפון לחייג אליו. יש לציין לטובה שהם זמינים מאוד בטלפון אבל לדוגמה שביקשתי חומרי ניקוי לא קיבלתי. הריח בחדר ובמסדרון פשוט מזעזע, חנוק ולא מאוורר.
