Savyon View Tower - Isrentals

Clean, modern, good neighborhood, close to Yehuda market, 1/2 hr walking distance to the Old City,

The apartment was not appointed well. We booked it for 12 nights. We reached out the first day to ask for a hair dryer, a coffee cup since there was only one, kitchen linens and to let the owner know that the electric kettle and toaster worked but were broken, the bathroom sink was leaking and the shade in the bedroom was broken. Two days layered we got a replacement kettle and 3 days later we got some towels. The rest of the issues, except for the leaking faucet were never addressed. The owner sent a technician to fix the leaking faucet while we were gone and he couldn’t get in so he never came back. We eventually bought ourself a new coffee cup.

Nous avons retrouvé des chaussettes sales sous le lit plein de poussière. Pas de taie d’oreiller. Les coussins étaient jaunes pipi. Une honte

Location excellent. Apartment very good. Bathroom a little small and awkward to navigate and use.

English instructions on using the appliances and heating system were not available. The TV was very difficult to operate without proper instructions. The ad said there was cable TV. We couldn't access it if it was available. Heating system we had to call for instructions. Crockery and cutlery were insufficient and some of the dishes had insects on them when we took them from the cupboard.

The location was good

When we arrived at the apartment, there were many ants crawling out of the bathroom and laundry area and into the living room and bedroom. We immediately contacted Jacob. He asked for pictures, which we sent him , and then kept pushing us off saying that he would review and get back to me. This happened again and again throughout our stay. Apartment was not cleaned properly. Everything was dusty. We had no choice but to buy bug spray and use it every day to keep the ants away. Also, internet service was spotty. I had to use building WiFi located in lobby for work . Porch was filthy as well, with a pizza crust on the floor .

Internet hat nicht funktioniert zumindest nur zeitweise weil der Netzstecker defekt ist und in Israel geht ohne Händy fast gar nichts mehr .Fernseher hatte kein Antennenkabel , brachte ihn nicht an , aber bei dieser Tollen Aussicht ist der TV überflüssig , füllte mich wie King David.

Location was great. Apartment itself is in excellent location and nice layout.

The service was terrible. Apartment when we got there was not made up. Pillows and blankets were left strewn around. Dressers had diapers and full of sand in them. There were no towels and we waited hours for them to be delivered so that we can make our own beds. The parking arrangements were messed up. We were given a parking spot but were later told that we are lying and using wrong spot. I sent the email I had received which proved I was n spot assigned but they told me I have to move. The other spot was occupied and I asked numerous times what to do and never got a clear answer.

ההזמנה לא ענתה על הציפיות 1. בתמונות באתר נראה שהדירה ממוקמת בקומה גבוהה עם נוף מדהים על ירושלים ועל בסיס זה בוצעה ההזמנה, בפועל קיבלנו דירה אחורית בקומה נמוכה כמעט ללא נוף. 2. הזמנו דירה לשלושה והדירה הייתה ערוכה רק לשניים לקח זמן להשיג את מנהלי הדירה כדי לבקש מצעים ומגבות ולמרות שביקשנו ונאמר לנו שכבר מביאים לנו, בסוף אף אחד לא הגיע.
