Perfect location. Almost brand new and spacious apartment. Didn’t use the kitchen much but seems fully equipped. Good value for money. Downside: Bedsheet had some yellowish stains.

Nice, new, comfortable apartment with everything we wanted in a short walking distance. Hotel communication is rough and we had to continuedly go to the main office down the street if we had an issue since the hotel staff doesn't speak English or are able to make any changes except through the main office down the street.

The apartment is located on the 13th floor in a brand new building (still under construction) Super Excellent location! the balcony has stunning panoramic view its just beautiful. love the electric shades. No need any transportation to most of attractions. Just walk on foot. In the heart of everything! Shops, foods, attractions, markets etc. Room was Big enough, clean and quiet. I got all the check-in information by email prior to arriving , and i just needed to follow the instructions it was very easy

BE AWARE!! the apartment comes with a parking spot CLEARLY MARKED ON THE RESERVATION, but at first the host did not want to give me a parking space i had to fight my way to get it. but eventually got it. i wasn't provided a pass to enter the garage, each time i had to go ask the building security guard to open the gate. there was no actual person to talk to in case i needed something, it was all tech communication, towels were NOT enough, apartment still missing a few minor little details as it is still new, no chest in the bedrooom to but down anything, no toilet paper holder etc.

the view

when we arrived the apartament was filthy not ready...we had to demand for someone to show up and ckean. because they charge early check in. they told us to come back in a couple hours....they only had 4 beds...my fifth friend slept in the floor..I wouldn't recommend to anybody

Still under construction. We got a parking ticket for parking out front. We were never told you can't.
